Creating inner and outer harmony in life is about finding a rhythm that supports both your personal well-being and your connection with the world around you.  This week we are exploring inner harmony.

Inner harmony means nurturing yourself, so you feel steady and energized. 

Today's Coaching Challenge

"What small, consistent practices can you incorporate into your daily routine to nurture your body and mind, so you feel steady, energized, and at peace, even on busy days?"

Remember you are the one that has to do this, no one else can do it for you.  I think you'll find that once you create a routine it will feel so good you will want to continue it day in and day out.  Just like doing a workout, the more you do it the easier it will seem, and you will soon be able to feel the benefits.

Action to take

There are many things you can do to create inner harmony so start with one change at a time until it becomes a habit.  Would you want to create a morning ritual, plan healthy meals, take short bursts of physical activity, jot down 2-3 things you are thankful for, or create a bedtime routine?  It's your choice--your life.
