Improving optimism starts with shifting focus to the positive aspects of life, even in challenging times. Let's look at how to create a more positive atmosphere every day by spending your time with positive people.

Surround yourself with those who see the greatness within you, even when you don’t see it yourself." – Edmund Lee
Who's in your “inner circle” the people you spend the most time with? Are they lifting you up, inspiring you, and bringing out the best in you? Or are they the human version of a flat tire, slowing you down with negativity? And remember positivity isn’t just about people, it's about filling your world with uplifting podcasts, books, music, and even memes.
Today's Coaching Challenge
Take a closer look at who you spend the most time with and how they influence you. Do you feel energized and motivated, do they support your goals, and celebrate your wins (even the tiny ones)?
For the positive folks, spend more time with them! Grab a coffee, schedule a call, or send them a text to keep that good energy flowing. For the not-so-positive ones, it’s time to set some boundaries. You don’t need to cut ties entirely, just keep your interactions with them as short as possible.
Action to take
Make a list with two columns for the people in your life. One column is for positive and supportive people and the other is for the "Not so much" group. Then put everyone's name on the list. This will make it easier for you to allocate your time to be with the people that lift you up.
Always supporting you, Jan
