Fear is a natural response to uncertainty or challenges, but it doesn't have to control you. Whether it be a personal or business issue there are ways of handling fear that allow you to move forward. The key word in that last sentence is "move", as inaction is the best friend of fear. So, what do you do if you are doing something for the first time?
Quote
"Asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength." – Barack Obama
When you are attempting something new, you don't know what you don't know. So, if you don't seek some sort of instruction or assistance the outcome could be anything other than what you wanted. If someone gave you all the ingredients to bake a cake but didn't tell you the proportions or sequence, you might just stop not having any idea what to do first. That's why everything comes with instructions, except humans, we have no instruction manual.
