Fear is a natural response to uncertainty or challenges, but it doesn't have to control you. Whether it be a personal or business issue there are ways of handling fear that allow you to move forward. The key word in that last sentence is "move", as inaction is the best friend of fear. If you are faced with a large project or event, the scope of it can be overwhelming so let's look at that this week.

Let's say you are going to be moving, that's something that you want to go smoothly yet it's quite an undertaking. It starts with determining your destination, when it's going to happen, etc. What can cause you to be overwhelmed is when you fail to create manageable tasks for each portion of the move. As an example, getting your belongings packed is less stressful when you start with one room, then break it down even further to let's say a closet or drawer, that way you can know what to do next without having anxiety.
