This month's newsletter is about setting limits/boundaries. So my Java's will be about setting boundaries for technology, work, and food. Not creating clear boundaries can cause stress and since I'm all about helping you reduce stress let's go deeper into these topics. COVID has rocked everyone's world and created or dissolved many boundaries.
“Life expectancy would grow by leaps and bounds if green vegetables smelled as good as bacon. “
--Doug Larson
One of the boundaries that have changed for many during COVID revolves around food and our eating habits. However, our bodies still need the same care and nutrition as before, if not more.
Today's coaching challenge
If you had or wanted to have, good eating habits before COVID, what has changed during this past year?
Celebrate and continue on if you retained your healthy habits. If you did give in to what some people call COVID eating such as more chips, ice cream, pizza, etc. don't lose hope all is not lost.
Action to take
Without self-judgment, what one thing could you stop eating today, replaced by maybe an apple, to get you started back to your better eating habits?
Always supporting you, Jan
