We often wait until we feel motivated before we take action. We tell ourselves we’ll start when we feel ready, when we have more energy, or when the timing feels right. But motivation can be unpredictable. Some days it shows up easily—and other days it doesn’t show up at all. If we rely on it, we can find ourselves delaying things that really matter.

“Action is the foundational key to all success.” — Pablo Picasso

Taking action—even a small one—can actually create motivation. It shifts your mindset from thinking to doing. And once you take that first step, something changes. You feel a sense of progress, and that progress often sparks the motivation you were waiting for in the first place.

Today's Coaching Challenge

What is one small action you could take today—even if you don’t feel like it?

This question invites you to separate action from emotion. You don’t need to feel ready—you just need to be willing to begin. Often, the feeling you’re waiting for comes after you start.

Action to take

Take one small action today without waiting for motivation. Let the action lead.

Always supporting you,                                                                                                                                                                                                  Jan
