This month, the conversation centers around comfort zones and the issues that arise when you move beyond that perceived safe space.  So, we will be exploring the discomfort, fear, courage, and need to get started, which are involved with being in and getting out of your comfort zone.  So, this week let's be courageous.

Quote
“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.’” — Mary Anne Radmacher

Leaving your comfort zone isn’t always flashy—it’s often quiet courage. It’s speaking up, saying no, or showing up when it would be easier to stay invisible.

Today’s Coaching Challenge
Where have you been quietly courageous lately—even if no one else noticed?

Growth doesn’t always come with applause. But you deserve to recognize your own effort. You’re doing brave things, even when they feel small.

Action to Take
Write down three ways you’ve shown courage in the past month. Celebrate them. Let those wins remind you: if you’ve done it before, you can do it again.

Always supporting you,                                                                                                                                                                                                  Jan
