This month, the conversation centers around comfort zones and the issues that arise when you move beyond that perceived safe space.  So, we will be exploring the discomfort, fear, courage, and need to get started, which are involved with being in and getting out of your comfort zone.  So, this week will be about the discomfort of moving out of that zone.

“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” — Neale Donald Walsch

Stretching beyond your comfort zone feels weird at first—but that’s where the magic happens. Whether you’re learning something new or taking a risk, discomfort is often a sign that you’re growing, not failing.

Today’s Coaching Challenge
What’s one thing in your life right now that feels uncomfortable—but deep down, you know it’s leading you to something better?

Growth doesn’t always feel good in the moment. It feels awkward, clunky, and sometimes downright scary. But that’s just the growing pains talking. Trust the process. That discomfort? It’s proof that you’re moving forward.

Action to Take
Pick one thing you’ve been avoiding because it feels “too hard” or “too scary.” Take one tiny step toward it. You don’t need to leap—just lean. Even a little stretch counts.

Always supporting you,                                                                                                                                                                                                  Jan
