On our journey through life, we often forget to pause and truly live. It's time to step away from the daily grind and dare to live boldly embracing a life filled with joy and authenticity. This week let's look at living Your life not living the life someone else wants you to live.

While it can be difficult in some cases to live your life on your terms, at the end of the day you will be much happier. Living for others can also affect small areas of your life. Maybe you would like to geek out on technology while your friends just want to party.
Today's Coaching Challenge
Start by thinking about your daily or frequent activities. Are you living the majority of your life based on how you want to live or following someone else's standards? If your answer is the latter than in what areas are you giving away your individuality?
You probably do things from time to time that you might not want to do because of someone else like the movies you watch or what you have for dinner. That is merely getting along with others and is called compromise. However, if the life you are living does not align with how you want to live and your personal values that would be the time to take action.
Action to take
If there are things you would like to change, take some time today to list what those things are. Then ask yourself does this really matter to me and rate its importance. From there you can decide what to do on first.
