The days of life being slow and easy are a thing of the past for most people. It seems that everyone's "To Do List" just keeps getting longer and longer. Just like a hamster in a wheel, it doesn't matter how fast you run because you just keep feeling like you're getting nowhere. So, let's look at ways to stop the hamster wheel so you can get more done and feel good about it. This week is about a constant feeling of exhaustion.

When you are on the go and don't take time to stop and enjoy life it creates exhaustion. You feel wiped out because you haven't replenished your energy supply. It's like trying to run your car when it's out of fuel.
Today's Coaching Challenge
Do you take time each day or at least occasionally to stop and take care of yourself? You know if you have an electric car, it can only run for a while before you have to plug it in.
For people it's the opposite, you have to unplug from time to time. Get away from the computer, social media, family obligations, work, all of it. The world will continue to spin even when you take some time to recharge.
Action to take
When you start to plan your day decide what you can do that day to unplug and nurture yourself. Is it taking a short walk, watching a funny video, or listening to your favorite music? If you recharge on a regular basis your life will be more fun and you will be healthier.
